General questions on Accept Multiple Calls in Forwarding rule and the Operator put a call onhold

Hi;

Can anyone tell me what behavior if I enable the Accept Multiple Calls in Forwarding rule for any extension?
1. Subject to my understand, enable this feature can allow "Self transfer", using desktop phone and transfer the call to own extension and continue to talk on 3CX mobile app.
2. What impact to this extension if it is assigned to a Ring Group - Hunting mode.

Also, I am using Yealink T46S for my operator, if a 2nd call comes in while she is answering the first call, can she put the original call onhold then answer to 2nd call, transfer the 2nd call to the right person then come back to resume the first call?

Normally, a ring group member will ignore any forwarding rules unless the call is direct to the extension (not a ring group call).

As long as the set has more than one line key, I don't see why not.

For the "Accept multiple calls", enable this feature has no conflict with the Ring Group?
