Generate call history reportss

Good afternoon,

We would like to generate a call report showing a specific group of users and their call history for a specified time range.

Kindly guide us, this was done before, but I'm not sure how to do it now with the newer layout.

Hi,

Can you be more specific on what report you are trying to generate? In general the Extension statistics give all the basic numbers for each user and can be filtered by Department.

I appreciate your reply. For example, a report including 10 selected users and their call history for the last 3 months. Showing the number of calls and the duration per call.

Certain reports are not available on all licences in a direct manner. The Call Log report can filter in the way you describe. Extension statistics is close, but does not give a per call duration.
