Generate Certificate

Hi Everyone,

We are using 3cx v20 hosted in DigitalOcean. I know 3cx automates the SSL certificate renewal using Let's Encrypt. Question is how can I generate a new SSL certificate manually as we are planning to create a subdomain for our 3cx. I checked if certbot is installed but it's not. Can anyone share how can I achieve this? If I need to install certbot, will it conflict with the existing tool that is being used by the 3cx to generate the SSL certificate?

You should not install anything on the 3CX server.

You will need to generate your certificate from an external machine and copy the generated certificate onto your 3CX machine.
