Generate list of DDIs and names

I've got a large installation and each user has a DDI.

Is there a way to export a directory, so I can create a phonebook for offline use? I can see there's a way to export extension information, but this does not include assigned DDIs

May be the easiest way is to export DDI table into .csv file and to edit it in Excel.
