Generic IP Phones

I have just installed the latest release - Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 731 Release) on my home Lab and came across a strange issue which I never experienced to this extent before, the registration delays seems longer. I am using a AudioCodes 405HD with generic firmware to test ,if I restart the server / SIP Server service the phone itself registers but still shows as unregistered/unavailable on 3CX and goes to voicemail as per default settings when phoned , I can however phone from the physical AudioCodes Phone to another extention(Webclient) successfully.
Only when I reboot the phone or force a submit on the phone's settings it appears as registered on 3CX again instantly. If I wait a bit they do register but takes a while and all at random times (4min , 6min, 12min). 3CX also takes quite a while to show a extension is unregistered after I unplug a phone.

Please have a look at my phone settings below , maby I'm doing something wrong.

Any thoughts on this will be highly appreciated as I need to upgrade our production environment to V20 but this will create some registration delays as we have 800 of these phones in the field.
