Generic SIP Trunk in v18, how to ?

My SIP trunk provider is no longer available in the list of providers. How can I add them? Generic option no longer available in v18 of 3cx. I need them to work as they host my most DID's.

If this is a 3CX Hosted Instance that would be why the Generic SIP Trunk option is not available. Why the specific SIP Provider is missing may be due to the fact that the particular provider offers only IP Based SIP Trunks which are not supported when using a 3CX Hosted deployment.

If you're not hosted by 3CX, select a country of Generic, and then Generic SIP Trunk will be visible in the second dropdown.

The Generic option for SIP Trunks seems no longer available! I'm trying to "trunk in" FlyNumber.

As @ChrisC_3CX mentioned above if you instance is hosted by 3CX then the template for Generic providers will not be available to you.

Or host the PBX yourself and have total control.

Otherwise, use a supported provider for better support.
