Hi all

Why not make it free for 9 months with a 16SIM Pro type license. (This would cover about 85% small/Medium business). This will enable people to use most of the advanced functionality. Once people see most of the bells and whistles in use they are more likely to sign up for a paid for version. This will also get more service providers onboard as they could use it themselves inhouse. As an example we have a lot of people very impressed with Call Reports >> Detailed Queue Statistics.

A 9 month free system also allows the new potential customer to be engaged and hopefully sign up before they are approached by another provider which is normally 12 months. It is always easier to continue a system once in place than to change it for a new one.

And every 9 months you will be claiming a new free license and 3CX will never sell a PRO license again because users will have it for free Might sound good from a user's perspective but not a viable business plan

After 9 months the license could revert to a 4 SIm standard license. 3CX would know which licenses have been issued and would not re-issue another 9 month free trial for at least another 6 months. This would then break the perpetual cycle of people using free licenses and never buy it.
