i try to put it on magento2 and i have many javascript conflicts and i start to make a extension
I'm almost ready here is some screenshots

The javascript code of the Live Chat and Talk is irrelevant to the CMS platform. In cases that implementation is done based on a specific platform, for example, Magento or Joomla, then the wrapper implementation as such should be checked in terms of compatibility and not the javascript.

i must redesign it for Magento 1 is different structure

Yes it is possible. You might have issues with the CORS restriction in that case, but there is a workaround. If you want to configure it, send me a personal message.

We're not web people so we use SquareSpace for our site.
It was actually pretty easy to set this up for us.

And a suggestion - it would be nice, if someone requests a chat and no agent is available - that the app would generate an email instead of just the unanswered chat.

How did you get it working with SquareSpace? I've long since abandoned being a website person, so this is foreign to me with a solution like SS. /edit "Computers are hard" gotta throw the JS file onto another host and reference the CSS and JS include in the header portion for SquareSpace.

Right now this is not possible.

However, name and email should be available directly in the plugin window.

We don't use squarespace, but a customer does. Can you provide any insight into the 3cx plugin install process on squarespace.

The code referenced is that generated in the management console
Settings
Wordpress/Website Integration
Website Code Generator

after filling out the relevant information on both tabs.

I am also trying to set up in wix and cannot as 3cx requires a JS file and wix wont allow that. Most chat involved a simple html code be added, why is this more complicated? With tens of thousands of wix websites made, there must be a solution surely?

Soon we will have the option to support CDN on the code-generator. With this approach it will be straight forward to configure it on Wix.

Since they are not allowing uploading JavaScript files, only your private CDN subscription/webserver is the workaround.
