Get phone number to go direct to an extension

I am trying to get a SIP trunk number to go straight to an extension, I have added the DID to trunk, I have also added the DID to the extension but every time I call the number it goes directly to the main line.

Thats not possible on the SMB.

How is the number defined?

If you define the number as 072xxxxxxx and the provider is sending the number as +6172xxxxxxx then this is the expected behaviour.

Usually the numbers are set in E164 format, but you will need to communicate with the provider to see which format the DIDs should be defined as.
