Getting 12289 Error

I'm getting this error that says I have reached my maximum amount of calls. I think this is a false error though as I cannot dial in or out and my local SBC PC cannot connect. Even when that wasn't working I could always still make and receive calls on my Android device, but even that is now failing.

I have not changed any configuration and the only thing I can think of is that my trunk provider, Gradwell, had a disaster recovery exercise over the weekend and ever since that my phone system is down.

Can anybody help?

Have you reached out to the Trunk provider? Are extension to extension calls OK?

Extension to extension calls are working, and I even got a notification of a missed call on my mobile. I logged onto the Gradwell site and everything looks in the green there with the provider.

I checked my SBC instance and are getting these error messages

I've also tried rebooting the phones, SBC PC and the router, nothing made any difference. I will also see if I can get anyone at Gradwell to look into the trunk side

Hi,

It looks like your network is having a problem reaching DNS servers. Is your internet connection working normally?

The internet connection is working fine and I have no problems getting to any site I've tried

Have restarted SBC and not seeing those DNS errors at the moment

Was able to take a look, and your trunk appears down due to an authentication error. I recommend talking to Gradwell to figure out the why.

Thank you, I will speak to them as I can't see any errors showing up on their portal

Fixed now, I just needed to refresh the trunk configuration in the 3CX portal - apparently Gradwell have been having a few calls about this today
