getting busy signal when I try to place phone call

3CX is hosting my setup on their server and I'm trying to place calls using both the web client and the IOS app.

When I try to do a test call using the web client, I input the number, and then the phone screen disappears and I'm not able to call.

If I try with the IOS app, I dial the number and then I get a busy signal.

Does this indicate I'm missing a step in the setup?

Did you create outbound rules that match the digits you are dialing? Your provider may also be rejecting the calls for some reason. The 3CX Activity Log will show you what is happening with the calls. You may need to set to Verbose for details.
