3CX is built with ease of use in mind. Easy for resellers, easy for administrators, and easy for end-users. But no matter how intuitive and user-friendly a system or application is, a little guidance to get started could never hurt! Hi,

The online version was amended because 999 is the emergency number in the UK. Is there any possibility of getting a version of the PDF for UK that has 666 as the voicemail number as that is the default 3CX uses here.

I could attempt to edit the PDF myself but it'll probably turn out bad, and a UK version would be useful for all other UK users.

Thanks

Hello!

I am new to 3CX and I am not able to post a new topic so I need some help.

I have two different SIP Trunks (two different numbers) and I am not able to use the second because the first is the main. I setup a second outbound rule, when I call for example a number from Romania, I have to add in front 0. For the second line I added number "9" and when I call 90771555666 for example, I reveice an error message from the SIP Provider that the number it's been disconnected.

What I am doing wrong?
Here it's a screenshot from my outbound rules. All 2 SIP Trunks are ONLINE and working for incoming calls. The first it's usable for both incoming and outgoing calls, but the second it's good only for incoming calls.

Hello @SwaggerRO19

Your screenshot suggests that you are using "0" and "01" as prefixes for the trunk. If that is the case then the outbound rules should be inverted to able to also use the second trunk. The "Iristel Secundar" outbound rule should be above.

From your description however is sounds like you need to strip the "9" prefix within your outbound rules so have the call sent correctly to the provider.
