i did create template in 3cx wizard and app in marketplace of GHL when i tried to test the integration i got this error

It looks like you're not doing the authorization. All your settings are empty.

I'm not sure what this is. What I can tell you is that 3CX is trying to get the access token for OAuth2, and to do that it needs the client_id, client_secret and refresh_token, and none of them are set. The client_id and client_secret should be set by you while configuring the integration. The refresh_token is obtained during the authorization phase in OAuth2, which seems you're not running.
