I've recently installed a couple of the Gigaset base stations (C610A-IP) http://www.gigaset.com/en_HQ/shop/gigaset-c610a-ip.html along with a few, assorted, handsets. All has gone well with one exception. The caller name display has only the first eight characters showing. This happens on all handsets (both base units). All IP is though 3CX (Ver 11) as extensions, and I have not connected nor tested the analogue line. Base units have the latest firmware.
Has anyone else had experience with these sets connected to 3CX?
Given that every other SIP device I've ever connected to 3CX, has worked correctly, I can only assume that the Gigaset is not interpreting the Invite as intended.
