I have just got a Gigaset N300IP Dect base, registered a handset to it, set up the extension details for the handset, told the base where 3cx was and it seemed to work, I could receive calls, but I couldn't make a call to another extension, all I get is a busy signal, and error 814 come up on the handset.

Gigaset has the error as
814 VoIP status code: 0x814 General socket layer error: socket is not reachable

Thoughts?

Ok, I've done a firmware upgrade on the DECT phones, and now I get the following error

403 VoIP status code: 0x403 The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help, and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated.

time to put the kettle on....

Ok, I've done it.
In the advanced settings there is a "domain" header, i was putting in the FQDN of the network I am connected to, not the IP of the 3CX server.

Doh!
