Gigaset N530

Hi all,

We are looking to replace the old Gigaset N510 several of our clients still use by the Gigaset N530. Looking in 3CX V20 Update 7 (and 8 Alpha) this DECT is not (yet) supported. Is there a roadmap for this DECT base station when it will be added to 3CX?
I found that it is possible to add it as a N670 but not everything works. The N530 will get the configuration of the 3CX PBX, but not the user configurations.
It is possible to use the generic profile to get it working, but we prefer a supported solution for our customers.

This phone is 10 years old, i wouldnt expect that 3cx will support this.

The N530 is the "new kid on the block" from Gigaset.
Not have one yet, will have it soon

Please wait a bit for the template updates, or try to contact your distri to pressure Gigaset Benelux for the template updates.
(in the Netherlands, that would be Bas, Maartje or Eric.)

This phone is 10 years old, i wouldnt expect that 3cx will support this.

As far as I can see and got information from Gigaset this is a new DECT base to replace the N510

Oh sorry, yes that one is new. Hmm... @paulodagraca already said what could be a solution
