Gigaset S450IP - Oneway audio comunication

I am using

3CX V7
VoIP Client using:
X-Lite and Gigaset S450IP. here is result

1. Both: Registration - OK
2. Gigaset S450IP: Incoming Call - Can not
3. Gigaset S450IP: Out going call - OK

Just keep on caling from x-lite but no ring tone and not ringing to Gigaset S450IP

Need any one help and comments

Are these calls internal or external?
