Is this an option? I needed a remote user to log in to their new computer to create their user profile and couldn't figure out how to give them control to enter their password. I ended up having to start a Go[2]Meeting session to give control to the meeting attendee.

Hi,

Tell them to click your name and then click remote control.

You will get a request to have your machine remote controlled by the guest.

That's what I guessed...but it doesn't work. Tried a quick-meeting (static URL) in ChrEdge and Chrome; when attendee clicks organizer no menu/options are displayed.

Hi,

Instead of a quick meeting, schedule a webmeeting with option "now" join it.

Copy the link using the link button, and share it with your guest.

Once they join, the can now click on your name and the option should appear.

This gives them organizer rights so they can remote control you, so an alternate solution is to start a quick meeting, and as soon as the guest joins, click them and make them an organizer. Now they can remote control you
