We have a deployment with 100+ phones and we need to change the ring tones, we are using Yealink T42S all round.

When I select all extensions and go to the provisioning tab I can only make changes for 3CX client.

Am I missing something?

I can't export > delete > import as this removes all extensions from groups and queues and also removes their BLF configuration.

Please note that multi selecting extensions and editing them will only allow you to perform changes to settings that are universal to all extensions. As IP phones can vary between extensions you cannot multi edit those settings

I understand the reasoning but generally we roll out systems using the same phones, or at least a variation of a few, we should be able to at least select those using the same models to make bulk changes.

This is going to be very time consuming for what should be such a simple task.
