A few months ago I posted the same question here which has been closed to further replies.
Now that we have finally upgraded to the current level - which was another story - I still can't find the possibility to do a lookup for incoming calls similar to what we had with v15.x.
Is no-one using this PBX in a company with thousands of employees not willing to use a separate SQL server/instance which has to be managed but wanting to use the primary data source for contacts, LDAP/ADDS (or AAD/O365)? I certainly don't want to create shared public contact mailboxes which I have to manually synchronise if there's an up-to-date data source available - even our Snom desk phone support this including a picture of the caller (yes, from ADDS, not the 3CX phone book).
Any help would be really appriciated!
Thanks so much in advance
