we are using a single, shared mailbox to store contacts company wide, because they can be synced easily to mobile phones as well (which isn't really possible with public folders). Is there a way to tell 3CX to fetch global contacts from the contacts folder of this shared mailbox instead of a public folder? The impersonation account seems to be working for synchronizing contacts on a per-user basis from their mailboxes.
