Global Office Hours have no affect over DID?

This used to work for the client but now does not after the upgrade. None of the boxes were ticked for the Office Hours rules on the individual SIP Trunks and DID rules. Now we must set all of them individually. Did I miss something in the update?

Not a big issue but I want to make sure I am doing things right.

Hi @Noel Evolution group office hours will override global office hours.

Did you check if the DID is assigned to a Group or is it system wide ?

I had no hours set except the Global hours. No specifics on the SIP Trunks or the DID's. No boxes ticked anywhere. Even though this was the case, I had to go in and set hours for the DID's to get the desired result. The SIP trunk would not follow the rules either. I am sure there is a priority flow that I just don't know about.

If you access to the pbx management console ---- settings --- dial code --- Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office ---- set for example *70 and apply the changes.

Once done using your extension dial *70 so the system use your default settings.

If you are using linux, go to the dashboard click on Terminal and enter the command date, check if the date, time zone is correct too.

Time zone is correct (first thing I looked at). As for the dial codes, I totally forgot you can use those as a global option. Thanks for the reminder. As for the logic, what takes precidence? I have 2 SIPs and there for 2 inbound rules. Both of them have options of what to do when out side of office hours. If only the Global hours are set, which one takes precedence? (I would think the SIP but it is not the case).

so you have global office hours and also specific hours for each inbound rule.

In this scenario specific office hours will be used instead of the global office hours.

No. Initially there was not. Only by adding the office hours to the DID's did I get the desired behavior.
