Global phonebook

Hi there,

i could need your help.

We are using 3cx and snon phones.

In every phone you have the global phonebook, where every of our 3cx extensions is listed.

But after i have changed the name of an extension and also have changed the name in the snom master counter, the old name of this extension is listed in the global phonebook.

What can i do, that the current status of our extensions is listed in the global phonebook?

The phones will update the address book every 24 hrs,

You can force the phone to download the updated address book, on the phone - not sure how to do this on the snom

Hi,

unfournately, this isnt the case. Because i´ve already changed the names last week, but it still shows the old names while calling these extensions.
