Global Shop Solutions CRM integration

Has anyone done any CRM integrations with Global Shop Solutions? I am not sure how to set this up and could use some help figuring it out. End user has a pro key but will upgrade if needed. We do have an enterprise key can test with before upgrading

Completing the template is where we are confused yet. We are not sure what information goes where. I sent an email to ConceptsWeb, as I had chatted with someone there but I have not heard back yet.
