Globally disable blind transfer for all extensions (v20) ?

Hi

Might have missed it - is there a way (in v20) to globally disable blind transfer for all extensions (irrespective of end user terminal / connection). I have seen it requested but was this implemented ?

Please note that this option is not available in the PBX or the 3CX Clients.
