Going from Self-hosted 3CX Standard (15.5 Update 6) 4SC to StartUp PRO?

My VM that I had my self-hosted 3CX installation went down so I'm looking to go 3CX managed from here on out.

How do I move my license from the current 3CX Standard -- old 15.5 Version -- to StartUp Pro?

When I log into the portal and click on the "Install" option, I'm provided with the following:

3CX Hosted​

Up to 10 users - 3CX StartUP
Subscription cannot be used for this install type
A shared instance pre-configured and ready-to-go. Free forever.

Over 10 Users - 3CX Dedicated
Your own dedicated instance hosted & managed by us.


So I can't select the 3CX StartUP option and the only other option is 3CX Dedicated.

Just spin up a new subscription with StartUP. Your "Standard" license will not "convert" to StartUP.

That being said, keep in mind that StartUP is still Alpha/Beta until Update 6.

Just to add to that

I believe you have a free license, not a valid subscription or a license with maintenance. This can not be converted.

However, StartUP is free until 1st October. After that we will be making an offer for valid subscriptions to be converted in some way to StartUP Pro.

It would be nice to see a list explaining the differences between traditional hosted 3CX and the StartUP version
