We have 4 offices, 10 phones in the main one and 2 in each remote office. We have a VOIP solution in place right now but it is not very reliable. I want to give this solution a try, do you know what phone model works best with the feature set that 3CX provides?

Snom, Polycom and Cisco SMB (Linksys) all work very well and have their own pros/cons

With the remote phones - do they have hardware VPN connectivity to your head office or do they connect externally via STUN for example? Polycom phones can't use a STUN server so they might not work as remote extensions.

We use Polycom on all our installs and they are great.

we are going to eval it first and then think about selling it so it will be out network, right now we have a point to point vpn tunnel with a hardware solution. Although they are on different private 192.168.x.x subnets they can still talk without having to establish a VPN themselves. What phone model do you have the most success with across a DSL connection?

Thank you so much for your info...

We've used Snom and Polycom and both are as good as one another across the DSL.

The main concern with DSL is bandwidth - we provide a dedicated line for VoIP traffic and use a different DSL line for internet browsing etc, to guarantee there will always be bandwidth available for voice.

Do you have any models in particular that you recommend to test with? Maybe on the low end and then the high end
