recently we migrated an ELASTIX PBX to 3CX, and I have the need to configure a GSM Gateway GOIP 4 Ports, someone could help me how to configure it to make and receive calls in 3CX even though it is not certified with 3CX.

Best regards,

I also have clients with Portech and they work perfectly with 3CX, but this specific client has a 4-port GOIP Gateway and I can not get it to work.

Is the gateway local to the 3CX server? Is it configured as one trunk group with multiple members, or individual trunk groups? Have you manually configured the gateway before, are you familiar with what is going to have to be done at that end?

You might be able to leave the gateway as-is, and just configure Generic trunks in 3CX if you have all of the current settings.

You may wish to also consider a supported gateway for future deployments, you will get a much better user experience as you can auto-configure/provision for the PBX interface: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/
