GoIP GSM gateway

Hello,
I have GoIP GSM gateway that use to bring SIM cards into my VOIP network
there are videos that show how to do it on 3CX v 11 but there's none that shows it on v16
I have tried to use it as generic SIP trunk/gateway but it doesn't connect
Does anyone know how to do it?
I appreciate your time.

Registration at Generic SIP Trunk has failed. Destination (sip:[email protected]:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

You (3CX) should not be registering to the Gateway, it should be registering to 3CX. It should be setup as a Gateway, not a Generic SIP provider. When calls are sent to the Gateway, it's IP (and port(s)) is required in the settings so 3CX knows where to send calls.
