GOIP / Outbound Call Failed

Hello Everyone

i hope someone help with my case

My phone system 3CX PBX is Hosted on Private Cloud ( Amazon AWS )

and My GSM Gateway is : GOIP 1-Channel

my incoming calls is working Great , Also i set IVR and its all fine

but i cant make any outbound calls , i tried many times from both sides , 3CX side and GOIP Side ,, but i cant make a call from my Extention to a local number


informations you may require :

my extention is 1003

requirements , make a call from my extention to any local phones ( Local Phone eg. +964 773 XXX XXXX )

There are 2 possible scenarios here. The first is that you have not selected any trunks in your outbound rules. If that is the case then you need to select your trunk under the first route in your outbound rule.
The second and more possible scenario is that your gateway is not registered so no calls are possible through that trunk. Check if the registration is correct between the gateway and 3CX and if the gateway appears with a Red or Green dot next to it.

So, your gateway is not located at the same location as 3CX is hosted (Amazon AWS), I'm not sure that this is even supported unless you are connected using VPN.

Is the gateway behind a router, or, assigned a public IP? Even a remote gateway will show as registered, in the same way an ATA will. the difference is that you specify, in the trunk settings, where to send outbound calls, the registration alone does not take care of that. It is the outbound calls that will be the problem.
