For support with equipment not supported by 3CX, please contact the manufacturer of your device. They should be able to explain exactly which configurations you should apply on the device.

Ensuring smooth operation is not straightforward. After you successfully make your outgoing calls, there will certainly be a significant number of other settings to adjust on the GOIP Gateway device.

Here is an example of all the tests needed to ensure proper functioning and long-term stability. https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-test-plan/

It is the responsibility of the SIP TRUNK service provider or the FXO device manufacturer to conduct all these tests and develop instructions with the correct configurations to apply to the device, not us.

Alternatively, use a supported provider, and we will be happy to assist you.

Dear Mr @Guillaume Bourgeois Thanks a lot the issue was from GOIP Side and its support only Trunk Gateway Mode with 3CX.
from SIP Gateway configuration.
