Hello all,

could you please be so kind and let me know if a GoIP (VoIP gateway) can work in a different network (away from 3CX server) or it mus be in the same net? I want to install some GoIP (GSM over IP) overseasas to reduce roaming costs, this devices must be installed in the origin country (local presence), so I wonder if they work using this setup ?

Most gateways will work when on another network. This is commonly used when 3CX is hosted remotely and the gateways, along with the sets are located at the customers location. You will probably have to have static public IP's, particularly at the gateway end (as that IP is datafilled in the 3CX trunk settings), to function without problems.

Hopefully someone on the forum is familiar with that particular Gateway, and can provide set-up assistance if needed.
