Google cloud hosted 3cx not reachable

I have 3 system hosted by google the account is active but the systems/projects can not be reached. When I ping the IPs its timing out. Everything has been working fine until yestarday.

Is the instance active in GCC?

If you didn't set Static IP for the instance then might be the IP got changed.
Please check GCC >> VPC Network >> External IP Addresses

@denniszitha go on the VM Instances section on the right side and enable option External IP.
Then you will be able to see the external IP of each machine.

If this is a screenshot from your console and this is the Virtual Machine that is not reachable, then it looks like its powered off:
