Solved Google Cloud Subscription ran out - 3CX stopped working, how to restart the service?

Hello,
exactly on the first day of our second year using 3CX it has stopped working and we cannot reach our my3cx portal.
Apparently our free google cloud year ran out and we received no headsup from google.(?)

I just successfully renewed the cloud subscription but still our my3cx console cannot be reached.
What else do I need to do, so that 3CX starts working again?

Since we UPGRADED in time, I expected everything to start working again... but it does not.

You upgraded what? Your 3CX License or you added your card to the Billing section of GCP Console?

@Stefan_TC did you enable billing at your account ?
Your machine will come up but most probably it will have a different public up address..
Also do you have a backup of your pbx to spin up a new machine and restore just in case ?

I did both - renewed 3CX (which was still ok for 26 days to go) and clicked on UPGRADE in the Google Cloud banner which was then confirmed with a success pop-up.

Thanks everybody, I believe I figured it out:
The VM instance status was showing as "stopped" and had to be set to start/resume and it seems to work now as before.


Probably seems obvious but even official 3CX phone support could not simply point me there.
Hope this might at least helps somebody in the future.
