I have version 18.02.314 on a Google Cloud account. My license was set to renew, which it did, but my cloud instance doesn't know it because of my version. I cannot update through my console, because it reads that my maintenance expired.
I'm fairly good at 3cx, but not so much on Google Cloud.
My thought was to run through a Self Managed install through my portal, and walk it through the Google Cloud option, and restore from a backup. I don't know if I should install it to a new Google Cloud instance, do the backup, and then shut down the old instance, or should I install it to the existing Google Cloud instance.

I would like to get updated so that all of my functions work again. I was not aware that I needed to be on V18.3 when my license renewed.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thank you
