so i have my Google Voice forward to vitelity.net & then vitelity.net sends the call to the 3cx server.

3cx will answer calls without IVR from google voice and route them to EXT#

but will not answer calls going to IVR but to the google voice voicemail...

is there away to fix this on the beta 16v it picks up IVR but on 15.5v it dont

Not sure exactly what you mean...Are you saying that the calls are answered by an IVR on 3CX and after a selection, the call is routed to an extension? Also, not sure why the Google voice voicemail would be involved at all. If you are forwarding the call via Vitality, the I'd disable it altogether. If you choose to use a 3CX Beta, then there are risks that things don't work the way they should... yet.

That said, I would try a call made to direct to your Vitality number, not forwarded. Same behaviour? In the 3CX Activity Log, what is the difference (what message is sent back to the originator), in both scenarios? You may need to set the logs to show all details, or use Wireshark.

Example 1:
vitelity to 3cx without google voice - IVR picks up and asks to select number perfect working good.

Example 2: vitelity to 3cx without google voice - EXT# works perfect.

Example 3:
google voice forward to vitelity number then 3cx to IVR no answer just goes to google voice's voicmail

example 4: google voice forward to vitelity number then to 3cx to EXT# works perfect.

so what i am saying is Google Voice call forward to vitelity DID/Phone number that picks up on 3CX server dose not work with IVR on 15.5 but dose on 16v beta

Hello @MySaures

Without looking at the call flow and how the calls reach the PBX we cannot say what might be causing the issue. The way you describe it there should no issue as all Invites should come from Flowroute and should be identical. What PBX version are you runningon V15.5? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6

Example 3:
google voice forward to vitelity number then 3cx to IVR no answer just goes to google voice's voicmail

So this call goes immediately to the GV voice mail, as if the line were busy, or there is a delay (i assume the GV voicemail is set to answer after some pre-set delay).

If that is the case, the is sounds as if GV is getting a "Busy" message back from Vitality. I have to assume that is because of a different SIP message being sent back to Vitality from 3CX. Determining exactly what the message is, in each scenario, would probably be of use.

dose not right away just rings and rings then goes to voicemail after 30 sec no call logs show it reached the pbx when i have trunk set to IVR

You say no call log shows it reaching 3CX, but does the Activity Log show it reaching 3CX? If that doesn't show a call attempt, then it is not a 3CX issue. The call must be presented to 3CX, (an Invite must be sent), then a response send back to (in this case), Vitality. If that is not happening, then something else is in play, and the call times out, then goes to voicemail

nothing in activity log .but in Call Log i see

Date/Time: 01/02/2019 11:23:54 PM FROM: 559***0000 TO: IVR (800) TALK: 00:00:22
rings and rings then google voicemail picks up not the 3cx voicemail i changed the vm to make sure its the GV VM that answers.

If there is an incoming call (Invite), then it will show in the Activity log, as well as showing where (and why) the call routes to it's destination.
