Hi
Our company has developed a gateway between 3CX and Google Workspace.
On an incoming call, the gateway searches if the callerID exists in google contacts. If the contact exists the contact page opens, if it does not exist a blank contact page opens. On the contact page we have added links to:
- To google Keep, Photos, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc...
- To Gmail which opens the application with a filter to display the emails sent and received from the caller
- Calendar to open the agenda on today's date
- To Google drive: creation of a file in the name of the caller if the file does not exist opening of the file if it already exists
We can integrate additional links to 1 specific file in the drive or any other web link.
