gpx 2000 attended tranfert problem

good morning

in 3cx 10 sp4 mini edition
i have a problem during attended trasfert of external call to other internal only from gpx200 grandstream (other phone as snom do not have this problem )
i have follow this blog

the blind trasfert work fine but the attendet not
is all good until the last step of this (Step 7: Transfer the call) then from the caller start 999 and stop comunication

what can i try ?

If other phones are running the SAME SCENARIO and they work then check the firmware of your grandstream, update them if you do not have the latest or factory reset your phone to give it a clean start.

- But if its not the same scenario check if any of your extension are set to Do not disturb.

- Also, you could change your forwarding rules to something else like when busy/un-registered "Disconnect call" or forward to another extension hence you can get a better understanding of what is going on.

- Furthermore you mean gxp2000 right? if so make sure you are provisioning your phone through 3CX.
