I have all of my data being sent to Google BigData but when I run Grafana reports it's showing that we've had 8435 incoming calls with only 2768 calls answered and I know for a fact we did not get that many phone calls into the system.

We are using IVRs, Ring Groups, and Queues to move the calls through the system but it seems like it's counting the calls incorrectly. I need some help getting this working properly.

Hi, I wonder how are you processing the data with grafana? how are you gathering the data? also are you using a custom template in grafana?

I can notice that you have a 4SC and the new data connectors presented in the sp6 requires a 16sc, in this way CDR data can be sent to an external server PostgreSQL or Google Big Query and then process the data with Grafana, there are special templates for grafana:

  1. If you offload to Google BigQuery download this Google BigQuery Dashboard Package
  2. If you offload to a PostgreSQL server download this PostgreSQL Dashboard Package

I think @Alejandro_3CX asks some important questions. Either Jeff has a larger than expected 3CX server, or has created his own approach to replicating the data to Grafana, or is building his own reports rather than using the 3CX provided templates, or there is a bug in the template? Tell us more Jeff!
