Grand Stream Firmware Issue

After we did latest Grandstream Firmware upgrade 1.0.4.106 & 1.0.4.105, the phones are getting restarted automatically very often. The phones are affected GXP 1160 & 1165. What could be the problem and how I can fix it

Seems you have to completely remove power from the phone and then reconnect so that the updated firmware is installed on first bootup

Hello @aslampa

Just make sure that you don't have any template updates pending, as the latest template will fix this issue. Also, after downloading the latest phone template make sure to restart the management console service and re-provision the phone (or reboot).
