Grandstream 1610 congela ao atender um ligação (freezes when pick up a call)

Tenho 3 aparelhos Grandstream SXP 1610. Todos com o último firmware (1.0.7.13), configurados por provisionamento, sem erros, meu 3CX é da versão 16.0.8.9.
Quando tento atender uma ligação, interna ou externa, em mais da metade das vezes, o painel congela e a ligação não é atendida.
Já vi outros posts aqui sobre este problema, sem sugestões efetivas de solução.
Li em um dos posts que pode haver uma incompatibilidade entre o 3CX e esta linha de equipamentos.
Alguém teve estes problemas e conseguiu resolver definitivamente (sem trocar os aparelhos, claro) rs

Can you clarify that the 'SXP 1610' you mentioned is the GXP 1610?

If so, have you followed GXP 1610 guide?

There is a slight difference between the performance of the lower end and higher end Grandstream phones. The GXP 1610 being a lower end model, would expect a slight performance difference to the higher end models. Do you have any higher end models having the same problem?

Does factory resetting the phone have the same delay when switching between screens etc?
