Dial plan is installed in the Grandstream 21xx template: <P290>{ [*#x]+ | \S\Px | \S\Pxx | \S\Pxxx }</P290>.
If I use the prefix "0" for outgoing calls, then the call is successfully processed. I connected contacts through LDAP. The numbers are saved in E164 (+ XXX) format. When you try to dial a number with "+" on the phone, a message appears that Dail Plan was not found. I would appreciate your recommendations. How to change dial plan? Thank

Сделал так: {[*#x]+|\+x+|\S\Px| \S\Pxx | \S\Pxxx }. Further processed in the outgoing rules.

Hi ZSV,

You might have better luck saving contacts in your directory with 00 instead of +

The current Grandstream implementation does not make it easy to use this method.

You can have the PBX reformat incoming/outgoing calls with + to 00 in order to maintain compatibility with your trunk provider. But you can't have the PBX help if you use a directory that has + numbers, since the number dialing stops at the phone itself..

Hi, JohnS.
Template 21XX is required to be changed for several reasons. For example: the default value is P191 = 0. This closes the feature to use ForwardAll (* 72 and * 73). I need: <P191> 1 </ P191>. Access from the /webclient is only convenient for advanced users.

Hi ZSV

Well this is a separate matter, and if you have several reasons you are free to create your own custom template of course (even though this is not 3CX-supported).

In the 3CX system the forwards are based on statuses, so you can have many different forwarding options and scenarios that this feature can offer. But please note that if you enable device-only features that conflict with the PBX codes you will break compatibility, that's why we deploy a template that know will work with what we tested in conjunction with what Grandstream provides.

Not sure what you mean about the webclient, it's a very easy interface to figure out even if you never used it before.

Regardless, if you wish to change the status from the phone after setting up your forwards from the webclient, we do offer dial codes to do so: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-dial-codes/#h.k1evagb3e0i
