Grandstream BLF Keys

Hello

We just started using 3CX for our small office. But we are unable to get the BLF keys on our phones to work. We use GXP2160 from Grandstream. We have the latest templates from Grandstream to get them to work for auto provisioning. Is there something I may have missed?

Is this the Free PBX version or a Standard Licence?

We have a full installation of the Grandstream GXV 3275 (android phones.) I have not been able to get the 3CX BLF assignments to work.

I modified the provisioning template with all the BLF settings.

Hi michaelholt,

if you are using a PBX Edition (Free Edition) you won't have the BLF Feature. Is this your case ?

You can have the BLF feature enabled with a NFR Key or one of the Standard, Pro or Enterprise Editions.

Hi,

As far as I know 3CX support only the older models GXP-1160 till GXP-2124.
All models after GXP-2124 are not supported.
