Grandstream customized ringtone

So I know this question have been ask before. I'd love to have ask my question in those topics, but all of them were closed by the moderator. Not the best idea to keep closing topics... Anyways. I generated a ring2.bin , I uploaded it in provisioning/xxxx/firmware_new/grandstream (because my firmware folder does not have a grand stream subfolder) , I replaced the ring2.bin , rebooted my phone , and the result is that my ringtone is not takenin account. Anyone would have hint? Thank you.

Move it to firmware instead of firmware_new. The _new is for downloaded firmwares before they are sent to the phones.

Even though the "firmware" folder is empty?
Should I create a subfolder called "grandstream" ..?
