Grandstream Executive Template Update

Please please please update the ringtone provisioning for the grandstream templates. The default setting is ringtone 2 which is a horrid alarm sounding tone on the GXP phones.

Update P1488-P1489 external ringtone to 0 or to be the selected option when provisioning on an extension. It defaults to 2 regardless of what is selected during provisioning.

Also update P1490-P1491 to reflect the same for queue calls.
