Hello, I have a Grandstream GAC2500, but 3CX doesn't support a template for it.

Anybody has a solution?

Custom Template. I heard it will not be officially supported - probably because Grandstream doesn't want to spend the time to update it to work with 3cx properly like they did the 2130,35,40,60,70.

This custom template didn't have the model number I'm using. But I found another solution : since it's an android based Ip phone, I can connect it via wifi (just like a smartphone) to our network and it seems to work fine!

The template worked for programming my same model phone just fine...
