Solved Grandstream GDS3705/3710 doorbell

Hey,

We are have installed the GDS3705 at a client and it is provisioned/registered just fine in 3CX. When pressing the call button, it rings the receptionist just fine. But how can we get the door striker working? I know you need to enter a code but would that be *code# during the conversation when the doorbell rings? I checked the Manual but there is no direct info about it. Contacting the manufacturer is hopeless as they do not respond. (Thats the problem with those big companies!)

Any idea? Someone had the same issue?

Update: Found the solution. The GDS reacts on DTMF input after the call has been established. So just enter the Remote PIN code.
