Grandstream GRP2612W and 3CX (PWA) Ringtone

Hi,

I have uploaded a ringtone directly to my phone using the phone’s web console. While the ringtone is visible on the phone itself, it does not appear in the 3CX PWA and therefore cannot be used. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
