Grandstream GSC3510 will not provision

I am on 3CX V20 Cloud Hosted. I cannot get a Grandstream GSC3510 to provision. I have followed the instructions in the guide (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/grandstream-speaker-intercom/) but just will not provision. I have even tried to set the setting manually in the phone, but it never works. Does anyone have any tricks I am unaware of?

Are you trying to provision behind an SBC or router phone?

Have you confirmed that your SBC is connected to the PBX?

Yes, 35 phones use the same SBC in this office location, and they all work.

This should be a straightforward process.
Have you tried a test SBC from another location?
