Grandstream,GXP-1630 no longer sound tone prior to page on phones.

After the upgrade to V18, the tone prior to a page coming through the GXP-1630's stopped. V16 worked fine. How does my client get this back. I reached out to Grandstream and the first question was is it Grandstream's firmware or 3CX template firmware uploaded to the phone. Firmware version is 1.0.7.13 from 3CX. Client pages through the phones since they have no PA system for the morning school announcements.

V16 and V18 behaved similarly in Paging and Multicast Paging on Grandstream GXP series phones.

Paging = Beeps
Multicast = Does not beep
Intercom = Beeps

If you want to hear the tone I suggest building a "Paging" type group, and adding all the extensions.
